Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use franktolliver.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We collect as little as we can.
Who is responsible

Screenshots contain another person's messages. We use them only to write your read, never publish them, and delete them after 30 days. Please cover full names, phone numbers and photos if you can, and don't send health information or intimate images. Frank is not designed for sensitive information.
Cookies
We use one cookie, ft_session, only after you sign in, to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. It is strictly necessary, so we don't ask for cookie consent. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking pixels. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud.
Who we share data with
Only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement:
- Stripe (payments, invoices, membership billing). Stripe also acts as an independent controller for fraud prevention and legal compliance. Stripe's privacy policy. Payments are handled through Stripe Managed Payments: Link, a Stripe company, acts as the merchant of record for the payment. It calculates, collects and remits sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and handles payment and billing questions. Your card statement will show LINK.COM.
- OpenRouter, Inc. (routing) and Anthropic PBC (Claude models), USA, which writes Frank's reads and answers. Your text, screenshots and answers are sent to it; your email address is not.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), which delivers our emails.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which hosts this website and its database.
Some providers are in the United States. Transfers are protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@franktolliver.com; we reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority where you live.
US residents
We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can request access to or deletion of your information at the email above, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Age
This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll update the date below and, for members, send an email.
