These terms apply when you use franktolliver.com, sign up for emails, buy a Full Read or join Frank on Call. The seller is FUTIA (Miraç Eroğlu), Enschede, the Netherlands, the Netherlands (KvK KvK 99421771), contact hello@franktolliver.com.

1. Frank is an AI character

Frank Tolliver is a fictional character created with AI. His backstory is invented. Everything he says (in videos, emails, guides, Full Reads and Frank on Call) is general information and entertainment about dating and communication. It is not therapy, counseling, coaching, medical, legal or financial advice, and it can be wrong. You decide what to do with it. Read the AI & advice disclaimer.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older. You're buying as a consumer for your own use.

3. The Text Decoder and Frank's Full Read

The Text Decoder is a free PDF guide we send when you sign up with your email. You may use it for yourself; please don't share or resell the file.

Frank's Full Read is a one-time purchase. You upload screenshots of a conversation you took part in and answer a few questions; Frank's written read opens on screen, usually within a few minutes, and is emailed to you as a PDF. It includes one follow-up question within 7 days of delivery. Only upload conversations you're part of, cover names or photos you don't want to share, and never upload intimate images or anything unlawful. The private link to your read is for you; keep it safe.

4. Frank on Call membership

  • What you get, for as long as your membership is active: quick reads of texts and screenshots (up to 300 a month and 40 a day), two Full Reads per calendar month, "his file" notes on the men you ask about, the reply coach, one dating profile makeover per calendar month, the weekly Friday Letter and The Text Decoder. Unused Full Reads and makeovers don't carry over.
  • No free trial: your first payment is taken when you join.
  • Automatic renewal: your membership renews automatically at the price shown when you joined, every month or every year, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance by email if a price ever changes, and you can cancel before it applies.
  • Cancelling: cancel any time on the members page ("Manage billing or cancel"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or as described in Withdrawal & refunds.
  • Fair use: Frank on Call is for your own dating questions. Don't use it to harass anyone, to write deceptive messages, to try to break its safety rules, or with automated tools. We may pause accounts that do.
  • Availability: we aim for Frank to be available all the time but can't promise it; it depends on outside AI services. If it's down for more than 72 hours in a row, email us and we'll extend your membership accordingly.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, VAT or sales tax may be added and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Payments are handled through Stripe Managed Payments: Link, a Stripe company, acts as the merchant of record for the payment. It calculates, collects and remits sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt, and handles payment and billing questions. Your card statement will show LINK.COM.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and digital services supplied immediately, you ask us at checkout to start right away and confirm that you then lose this right once access begins. 7. Emails

If you sign up for the free guide, you agree to receive Frank's emails. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Members also get service emails (receipts, sign-in links, changes to their membership).

8. Our content

All texts, videos, images and guides on this site belong to us. You may share links and quote short parts with credit. Reads and answers Frank writes for you are yours to use.

9. Liability

We provide our content with care but can't guarantee any result in your dating life. We are not liable for decisions you make based on it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability (for example for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don't apply to purchases already made. For memberships we'll email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you; if you don't agree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

11. Law

Dutch law applies. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country, and you can also go to the courts there.
